How the service works?

The service enables electronic authorization for actions before third parties with official authentication power. Authorization by individuals and legal entities is possible. After legal identification with the national Evrotrust scheme and determination of the representative authority, sign electronically with a qualified signature. We will also authenticate the signature time with a qualified electronic seal. Verification of the power of attorney is automated, and authorization can be revoked at any time. You can also download the power of attorney to your mobile phone in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet with a QR code.

The electronic power of attorney works like the written power of attorney - the authorizer can authorize one or more persons to act on his behalf and at his expense as his proxies to third parties (trustees/relying parties).

Only the principals and relying parties to whom the power of attorney is granted. Other persons can access a specific power of attorney only with your consent given through the Evrotrust mobile application.

An electronic power of attorney has the same legal value as a paper power of attorney. This follows from Art. 3, para. 2 of the Law on electronic documents and electronic certification services, which equates the electronic form with the written form. This means that when the law requires a written form for the power of attorney, it is considered to be complied with if it is made through an electronic power of attorney in the Evrotrust register.

No. When the law requires a written form with notarization of signatures of the power of attorney (e.g. transfer of real estate or a car), it can only be in a notarized form. Apart from all these cases, all kinds of transactions can be concluded by a proxy through an electronic power of attorney - opening and managing a bank account, taking out insurance, signing a lease contract, acquiring and activating a SIM card from a mobile operator, representation in commercial activity and much more others.

Yes. Pursuant to Art. 19, para. 3 of the Law on electronic documents and electronic certification services, Evrotrust, as a qualified provider of certification services, acts as a person performing public functions. This means that the authentication performed by him during the authorization, including the issuance of a qualified certificate for a qualified electronic signature and signing with it, as well as certification of the time of signing with a qualified time certificate, enjoy official certification power - as if issued by a state organ.

It is very easy. You enter the website, identify yourself with the Evrotrust application, determine to whom you wish to authorize your proxy electronically, choose from a list the trusted parties to act before and for which actions it will represent you, choose your proxies and sign with a qualified signature again from the application of Evrotrust. After the authorizer confirms, the power of attorney is entered in the register. The proxy receives the power of attorney in the mobile application of Evrotrust as an electronic document, signed with a qualified electronic signature and a qualified time certificate and with a special QR-code in the mobile application of Evrotrust, which allows to subsequently certify the fact of being a proxy.

You can see the power of attorney with the embedded QR-code in the Evrotrust mobile application in the "Documents" section, and you can also find it by logging into the Evrotrust website, "E-power of attorney" section.

Yes. You may choose more than one proxy to act together, separately, and against certain relying parties, and with more variations.

Yes. You can authorize a legal entity by specifying its vat number.

Yes. A legal entity can, through its legal representative, authorize an individual or another legal entity. For this purpose, not only the legal representative through Evrotrust, but also the legal entity itself - the authorizer - must be electronically identified. This is again done with two clicks from the Evrotrust mobile application.

There are two options for verification. Automated verification is performed when the proxy accesses or initiates a service indicating that it is acting on behalf of a specified relying party. Then its system automatically checks the electronic register of Evrotrust whether the proxy has the relevant representative authority and, after confirmation, provides the proxy service. It is possible for the proxy to appear in person. In this case, he can show the QR code of his proxy and the relying party can check the proxy in the registry.

Yes. The authorizer can authorize selected persons in free text. In this case, verification of the power of attorney can be done by displaying and verifying the QR code in front of any third party.

Verification of the validity of the power of attorney in free text is verified by displaying and verifying the QR code of the power of attorney stored in the Evrotrust mobile application to any third party. After scanning the QR-code, the registry sends an authentication request to the proxy, who verifies it with a PIN, face or other factor. Only then is the power of attorney granted to the relying party.

The protection of personal data and the secrecy of the authorization is left only to the access and knowledge of the proxy, the authorized and the trusting party to whom the power of attorney is granted. Therefore, the granting of the power of attorney to third trusting parties takes place only after confirmation by the power of attorney through the Evrotrust mobile application with a PIN code, facial biometrics, thumb or other factor.

Extremely easy. You log in to the site with Evrotrust and remove the authorization with the delete button.

Yes. This is your right. When you receive an notification for authorization in the Evrotrust app, simply decline it. In addition, at each verification of the authorization by a trusted party, you can refuse the provision of authorization data from the mobile application
